I'm sorry that , when you have the best conditions to do something really spectacular . . . there are not guy that shot you a pic ! . . . . They are in the water too ! ! !
However . . . this is an "acceptable" (!) long jump in a day . . . almost perfect in Canaries Island , Gran Canaria .
The sail can be use as a wing to jump more hight . . . and as a parachute for the landing .
The jump is trying to go far away is possible .
The "high jump" is , instead , a jump which you try to "fly" as high is possible !
The waves were about 4,5 m. (15 ft.) and , with a lot of speed , you arrive against them jumping another 5 m. (20ft.) above them . . . and there is the "hole" created from the the wave that move ( another 2 m (6ft.) !
So . . . 4,5 m. (15ft.) + 5 m. (20 ft.) + 2 m. (6ft.) = almost 12 m. (40 ft.) ! ! ! !
