This page is "under construction" . When it' ll be ultimate you' ll enjoy the best places in the world visited under an extreme , wild , different way of travel .

Just a quick note about it : the recent tecnology permit to have an orientation more exact than the classic compass . Now there is the GPS system : a little computer that have the same function to show "the North direction" but , receiving information from the satellites , is able to give you the exact LATITUDE and LONGITUDE of where you are . Having a good map you can have an error within 50 m. (150 ft.) . The possibility to "explore places where nobody has been before" become true ! It' s not a commercial for the GPS . . . I explained it just to let to understand what I mean for "extreme , wild , different way of travel " . Not "tourism" but "pure adventures" in the real meaning of the word !". So , no hotels , no restaurants . . . just a tent to sleep (sometimes in the car too !) , a lot of . . . cans for the meals , shower with the bag to warm it . . . and GO !

ActuallyI have a Jeep Laredo 4000 , 6 cylinder gasoline , 4X4 naturally . I "take care" of "her" by myself . "She" is modify to the "extra work" that has to afford : the tank is bigger than the standard and I keep another tank to fill up in the places where I need more autonomy . The tires are bigger , and the shocks absorber have a trim to have the best "twist" in every situation .

Inside I have an "machanic workshop" , with every kind of stuff for repair some "truble" , eventually .

Lifter for "hard passages" , shovel against the "quick sands" in the deserts , fords , transfer case on the "low" gear . . . this is my vocabulary when I "travel" . . . without to forget the camera ! . . . SMILE

But now it' s the time to give space to the pictures . . . they say that they are better than 1000 words . . .

ITALY ( Europe ) : a brief collection of some pictures of mine .

A TRAVEL TO " NORTH CAPE " (Europe) : one of the closer place to the North Pole . . . not for who is scared from the cold ! The fashion of the country of the "Midnight sun" .

MAROCCO ( Africa ) : pictures of the windsurf on WINDSURF PAGE , imperial cities , the desert shared with a nomad tribe for a week , the barbarian people , the remarcable "Djema El Fnaa" square . . .

HAWAII ( PACIFIC OCEAN , USA ) : a paradise for the surf and windsurf . I have several pictures about "me in action" on the WINDSURF PAGE . The classic North Shore in Oahu , the green and windy Maui , the incredible , unique natural features as the active volcanoes in Big Island . . .

CANARIES ISLANDS ( located at 100 Km. -50 miles- from the North West coast of the Africa ) : another "must" for a "pro windsurfer" . . . pictures on WINDSURF PAGE . Tenerife , the "good compromise" for this sport and its enjoyable "night life" . Gran Canaria : just for surfer : the stronger conditions in the world . Fuerteventura : the "sand's tongue in the Atlantic Ocean" . Lanzarote : the contrast of the soft beaches and the volcanic Timanfaya National Park .

THAILAND ( Extreme Orient ) : an incredible country that live the contrast between the poverty and the old traditions , too often trampled by the business of persons that profit of the conditions of that people ( prostitution and drug ) .

USA : 30000 Km. ( 20000 miles) every year in this fantastic HUGE country . Too many adjectives to try to describe it ! Just pick up the state and . . . GO ! Special collection of the National Parks . . . breathless places with falls , high mountains , lakes , forests , deserts , canyons , geysers , wildlife and more . . .
